Re: [doc] Engine dyes when accelerating



The only thing I can think is that your vauum advance for the ignition
is not working. When the engine warms up the vacuum is switched from (I
think) the warm up regulator, to the vacuum advance. Possibly a problem
with the vacuum line or a seized mechanism in the distributor. Have you
checked the ignition timing under engine acceleration?
