[doc] Possible solution to problems ordering from delorean.com store

A couple DOC'ers have reported problems ordering online from us in recent
months. Others in the UK have no problems whatsover. We've been unable to
duplicate the problem here, but a recent user of Internet Explorer with
Service Pack 2 installed reported problems that he was able to solve by
switching to the browser offered by http://www.opera.com - I have recently
switched to Firefox, http://www.firefox.com and have found that it works
better for me than Explorer, too.
