13 degrees on the crank is only 6.5 degrees on the distributor, which is
far less than the adjustment the distributor has anyway. I have always
aligned with 0deg FWIW, but I check using a long screwdriver down no1
spark plug, and additionally, you need to check that the valves are in
firing stroke otherwise you'll be 180 degrees out
