This is sometimes related to the MOT details that your testing station
may have submitted. A Friend of mine is an MOT tester and they do spot
checks to ensure that he is actually testing the cars correctly.
Did you declare your mileage on your most recent Car Tax application?

Subject: [doc] DVLA Inspection
The DVLA want to do a inspection on my car, has anyone had one of these
done, what do they inpect?
The problem is that this is holding up my registration and means it
won't be done before classics on the common.
Bugger!!
