If _you_ have your BTI, you need to get it off to your shipping agents
pronto.
They pass this form, along with the bill of sale and title (USA version
of V5) to customs to do their bit. If customs haven't got your BTI this
could delay things, or worse cost you money.
In the end customs didn't need to see my BTI, I guess they were aware of
the modified duties.
