Well, what would you do? The DeLorean involvment hardly left Lotus
smelling of roses and with a spring in thier step - the very "D" name
was mud in this country (still is in certian quarters) - and they were
left with one or two very obvious reminders sitting in thier fields.
I'm sure they weren't actively looking to give them away, and, as
such, probably saw fit to scrap them like a lot of thier own
developmental cars. Business is, afterall, business.
Didn't Lotus have at least two? I can't find my copy of Rise and Fall
anywhere but doesn't that have a photo of two of the cars?
And Chris, are there any photos of the "silver innards" car?
