[doc] Please trim your quotes!

Hello everyone,

I've been on "lurk mode" for most of the past time,
just reading all messages and it really annoys me
that no one seems to trim their quotes anymore...

There is really NO need for including 3 or more
previous messages in your response and the added
footer by yahoo several times...

I will not point a finger at anyone, but there are
several messages of several thousand characters long
that only contain LESS than 1000 characters in response...

So please, trim your quotes, help keep down the used bandwidth
