Hi,
I insured my car at age 19, through Adrian Flux
(www.adrianflux.co.uk). Be warned, that was just normal car insurance
rather than classic car, and was *very* expensive. At 22 it should be
more sensible. I only found one classic car insurer who would look at
under 25s, but sadly I can't remember who it was. I didn't like the
restrictions on it anyway.
Checking online for renewing my insurance at age 21 (still not
bothering with classic), the best place I've found so far was called
Express I think. Try insuresupermarket.com, which is one of those big
search places, that's where I found Express. I also got a (relatively)
good quote from aquote.co.uk.
  Hope this helps.
    Rob
