What, blimey you must have a better police force than where I live, 
the police will actually want to know if you catch them doing 
something, more likely you would get done for infringing there civil 
liberties. Then the police come along and put a ticket on your car 
for not having road tax and the local authority come along and give 
you a fixed penalty for putting your rubbish out a day early.
