Next time you need to remove the interior grab handle, remove the 
grab handle with the back bracket attached, all in one go and not the 
2no end screws. This arrangement is held on by 2 bolts which are on 
the 'top side' of the bracket. If you look down after you remove the 
door release escutcheon you will see them . A lot reasier than those 
pesky little side screws :)
