After checking the fuel pump fuse and then seeing you have fuel in 
the tank and i would jumper the rpm relay and see if she starts 
then..

You should hear the fuel pump running once you have jumpered this 
relay, if not then check your connections around the fuel pump for 
corrosion etc..
