[doc] Exhaust pipe length

Hi,

I was thinking of fitting some chrome end pipes to the exhaust and was 
going to cut the ends of the exhaust slightly to push the end of the 
chrome pipe further back.

Before I get the grinder out I just wanted to check if there is any 
specific reason for the length of the existing pipes.  Ill prob only 
be cutting a few inches of but just wanted to make sure first.
