Well hopefully we are getting an offer on our house today (plus 3 
more viewings booked for today as well!), so, as soon as I know when 
I'm moving and where we'll get some firm plans sorted then :-D

The house I really wanted in Heanor unfortunately went yesterday, but 
there's plenty more 'D Friendly' houses available.
