I don't know if it's the same one as this guy has but i've had a pdf copy of 
the first back to the future script for around 3 years. It seems to be a 
genuine document from Amblin Entertainment by looking at the front page. 
It's titled "BACK TO THE FUTURE" - Fourth Draft - October 12, 1984.

I can't remember where i stumbled upon it originally but i've never seen it 
again since.
