[doc] re scam on ebay

hi

that delorean on ebay-if you are looking keep an eye on dmc news, 
couple of chaps there keep an eye out for these scams and inform ebay 
but takes a few days to remove.

the same vins keep turning up! show room at $5800-more like the 
advertiser will take the cash to a showroom. if this is the same one 
he had a negative rating on ebay.

just beware and only part with money if you are sure.
