[doc] DeLorean Dual Fan Controller - Parts - Fix Idle Stall!

Hi

If anyone is interested this seems to be a suitable rad fan relay fix 
and a lot cheaper than 'others' that are offered from the US. I have 
been looking at the schematics / info that the seller has sent me, 
(handy for a future project of mine) and it is basically the same one 
that 'Special T' sells at $ 140, in fact if he doesnt make them for 
John id be suprised, a link wire can be put in to activate the fan fail 
light to show that the fans are running.
