With adjustable rear shocks for both ride and height, and adjustable
lower control arms, new springs are not necessary IMO.

What I'm about to say is not based on the fact that we sell a set which
are more expensive, but on the knowledge of the hoops we went through to
get them made! There are a lot of companies out there who will make you
a shock absorber for not a lot of money, but they all have their own
ideas of what's necessary, and the DeLorean setup is a little strange,
especially on the rear. I have a set of PJ Grady's "performance" shocks
on my car ad can honestly say that I wouldn't recomend them. They
sqeaks, and the ride is really wallowy. It's nice on the motoroway, but
it's not meant ot feel like my Xantia (or Safrane, if the suspension was
working but that's another story!). Our adjustable set allows you to
basically choose on any given day, how you'd like the car to feel. And
it takes all of 30 seconds to adjust - just pop your hand under each
corner and add or subtract a couple of clicks on the adjustment (making
sure that the front ones are the same and the rear ones are the same,
though making changes from front to rear can be quite rewarding).
