[doc] urgent-how do i depressurize the fuel system?

Hi

i'm fitting a new fuel accumulator in the morning to try to cure my 
starting probs.

am i right in thinking i just need to remove fuel pump relay and 
crank engine a few seconds??

any other tips so as not to get covered in petrol (already have my 
extinguisher!)

is it better to loosen pipe in the engine bay so fuel does not spray 
when i'm under the car and harder to make a quick exit?

this is one job i'm not looking forward to.
