I was lucky that my existing owner had some
'side-lights' installed on the grill for me to pass
the MOT. But I changed it to LEDs anyway...

One point of suggestion, can't you just drill a hole
inside the light shell and fit a small bulb inside as
a side light? Or does it have to be fitted at a
designated place?
