I have owned the car for 2 years, and I havent heard a dicky bird from the DVLA (yet......)

I?d declare it as SORN asap otherwise there?ll be an £80 fine on your
doormat.  I?ve already been caught by the DVLA for forgetting to SORN one of
my cars last year, and I don?t fancy coughing up again ? especially as the
fine has doubled to £80.

been off the road since '86, and the V5C is in my name??
