[doc] SORN and finally driven

They have to know about it to require a SORN :-)

On the subject of finally driving a car, I finally drove Tinny today.
She's been drivable for weeks but boxed in in the corner of the shop. I
only reversed her out of the shop and parked her up while swapping a few
motors around, but it was still a red letter moment! I was tempted to
take her around the block but for the fact that I can't see a bloody
thing out of the windows. There's a new screen waiting to go in, and the
rest are thick with dist and grime from 2 years on my driveway and 6
months in the workshop.

Tinny still has a valid Texas title. What the DVLA don't know about
won't hurt 'em :-)
