[doc] Windscreen Surrounds

All.

I would like to tidy up the black windscreen surrounds. Paint wise i 
assume I can just use Halfords matt black unless someone knows 
different...

My question is there anything under the metal strips, foam or whatever 
that would/should be replaced.
