[doc] Where can i get a suitable D battery in the UK?

Hi

I need a new bvattery for the D. I know u can get them from DMUK but 
the y do not post them.  Is the standard battery with the funny 
terminals readily available in the UK.

I am thinking about changing the terminals and getting a more esaily 
avialable battery...has anyone done this?  Any advice?  Wher did you 
get it from ? n Part no etc?
