And for the record, Carcoon do have them in - thanks for the tips, folks - 
they have a stock from DMCH but sell them as if directly from DMCH - ie, 
they sell at the current exch. rate, plus retrospective shipping charge.  
The $59 angle drive, plus shipping and tax, etc etc, comes out at £83, and 
that's for a brand-spanking one.  They can be got on 0161-7379690, and were 
very helpful.
