RE: [doc] Overheating - What to do?



I always use boiling water to clear my windscreens, never cracked one
yet in over 30 years!

Its much safer  too as it gets some heat into the glass and stops it
misting / freezing up inside in the few minutes it takes for the heater
to have some effect.

Actually thse days you can get away with that, modern screens are very
tough.
