RE: [doc] "BTI" Article

There are no "Elite" in the DOC mike, you should no that.

It does not help me, when trying to get folk to sit down for a few
hours to try and write an article if they think they are going to be
pilloried or publicly criticized for it.  Many of our contributors are
unused to writing article, but that does not make them any less worthy,
or enjoyable.

Beside that, frequently articles are edited down or alerted my me or
Andy to make them, shorter or more digestible.   Stick BTI in goggle.
If you can't be bothered, "Binding Tariff Agreement", or not so, as it
turns out.

I would appreciate it if you could make you posts a little less
critical, than they have been of late.

Best regards

Dear All,

as much as I think the DeLorean News magazine is a joy to read, I would
like to point out that when writing an article it is a common courtesy
when using abreviations, such as "BTI", to explain what they stand for
when you use them for the first time so that everybody knows.

I'm sure those of you that are fortunate enough to have imported
DeLoreans know what this stands for but when Phillip Wright wrote his
article for the club magazine he clearly did not give a second thought
to the rest of us that don't have a clue what BTI means.

With 464 members to the club I find it hard to believe that all of the
other 463 knew what this abreviation meant, yet I'm the only one that's
mentioned this.

In my opinion articles should be written so that they can be understood
and enjoyed by all, not an elite minority.
