[doc] Stalk

Hi Rich,
I don't even think posting it to you would help.

I'd taken the 2 screws out of the metal steering colum bracket which allows
the main part of the switch with the 4 contacts in to drop away.

That leaves the stalk still screwed into plce on the metal bracket.  At the
back of the stalk there's 2 little plastic notches and I think the V shaped
copper spring should go inbetween these and the circular bit of the spring
lines up with the small shaft.

I think the problem is, the end of the V copper springs 2 prongs and where
they go amongst the 4 contacts.  I assemble the switch and it springs and
returns to the down position but doesn't lock up to the next 2 upward
positions.  It's quiet free moving.

I think that's all there is to it unless a part has dropped out I don't know
about.
