Paul,

There is a new fuel sender availible that just plugs straight in.

The DeLorean Motor Co. in Huston designed/sells them, and I should 
imagine that Carcoon, the UK DMC stockist, would also have them.

They are $99 which at the current exchange rate works out to be a 
very good price, they are completley redesigned, and I have heard 
good things about them. 

It is one of the many new parts I will be buying for my car this 
year.
