The British Library have an on-line service where you can download an
article, picture or section of any British newspaper or magazine since the
late 1800's.  It is a subscriber service, though.

    I think this may be a long shot, but does anyone happen to have a copy
    of this paper from this date? The headline read "Shock for Delorean" and
    was about the time the "gold facets" memo came out. I have a front page,
    but part of the continuation on the back of that page (page 2) is torn
    off. A scan or just the written text of the "page 2 col 1" continuation
    would be great.
