It depends on the type of cameras in use in Honkers

The road angle is GPS based and I doubt you'll get a database for Hong 
Kong. Look at www.ukspeedtraps.co.uk for descriptions of the types of 
cameras. Bascially a radar detector will only halp you with GATSOs and 
not a lot else these days. For eg they're useless against TruVelo which 
are popping up all over the place.
