Also worth bearing in mind is the car's mileage. At that mileage, you might be able to barter the price down by saying that certain things on the car will need refurbing and/or rebuilding as they might be worn out. It's a bargaining chip, use it to your advantage.

Also, make sure you get some detailed photos of the chassis from the seller. Make sure that epoxy coating is still in one piece!!
