No John, this list is "primarily" aimed at club members, but many
"visitors" often end up joining the club, especially car owners.

Very few car owners are not in the club. The notable exception that comes
to mind is Mervin? From the republic.

Regarding the SSI's, as I have only 50 copies and 388 UK members, they are
only available to Club members.

But as you say, you can get them cheaper from the USA anyway.
