Delorean in Grimsby

Greetings list,
 
Firstly I would like to apologise for my rant last night, however I just got myself worked up about the problems being encountered with the suggestionof a Belfast meet next year.
 
Anyway with that out of the way I would like to enlighten the rest of the group as to the intentions of Mr Simon Coney of Grimsby whose Delorean is currently for sale on ebay.
 
I've been on the phone to him this evening and he assures me that the sale is purely to finance the purchase of a mint LHD that he's found in America that's done 160 miles.
 
Apparently it costs $35,000 (£21,000) and would need importing, however Iwill mention to him when I ring him tomorrow that 'Dusty' (previously owned by Chris Parnham) can be bought for £25,000 and only needs to cross theIrish sea. Furthermore it's right hand drive, which has obvious benefits.
 
For anyone wondering about buying Simons car I can assure you that having seen it on many occasions I have to say it is one of the best examples I have come across.
 
Anyway I must go now, so that leaves you with something to think about.
