Hi jordan,
I have had a similar problem with speakers in many cars, i usually 
make a mounting ring using mdf, cheap and effective if you have the 
time to make them, as for the screws, ive once mounted the speakers 
at an angle so i could use the original screws into the car and the 
speakers screws into the wood held wth nuts!
