When I went into Halfords I asked for a set of Volvo 760 leads, and asked them to verify they had the rubber jobby wotsits on them. Yes they did but would take a while to get them in. As I was not that patient, I went to my local Car shop and asked the same. They were in for the next morning with the afor mentioned jobbies.

I can only say I asked for Volvo got Volvo and they work just fine, can't mind the price though!!

I noticed you put a Volvo part # in the last edition of the DOC 
magazine for the DMC HT leads, do these actually have the correct 
rubber end bits and are they as reassuringly expensive as the Renault 
ones are.
