RE: [doc] I'll never torch PSO....[Scanned]

Chris, if I had the time, I'd be out there too, but as you can see, it's a Thursday night, and I'm still in the office. Not joking. I'm looking forward to Martin taking care of the basics on PSO, but I think 5K may be a bit too much for my still meagre pocket. In the IT business, at the present time, specially if you are small and want to expand, you have to spend every hour god created to reach your targets. All things being equal I'll be a wellto do young man by this time next year, but it needs all my time. PSO is my favourite possession in the world, I couldn't sell her if I tried, but she just doesn't get the time. The stuff I need doing wont cost me more than £500 all in, because I can't afford much more than that. I'll let Martin do what he can, then stop there. When I've got the cash, I'll go all the way and make her a RHD to be very proud of, but that will be a little while at least. For now I'm just going to get the basics sorted, make her happy and drivable, then enjoy her for a summer or too. Time waits for no man, unless you have a time machine. :)

Stephen.

Well I don't like to be picky, and I don't like the cold, but I've been
under my car port for the last two days sorting out the brakes on Delores,
now fully Mot'd and taxed for another year...went for a nice drive, got
accosted by two enthusiasts at the local ESSO station, Still I was very
proud to show her off. Goes like a rocket with her new Stainless system.
Bit of burbling on the over run, but I don't mind that.

If your too busy Stephen, I'm sure Martin will sort it out for about 5K.

Well I'm all ready for 501!

Chrusty.

There's one hinge that needs replacing, a relatively small area of rust on
the rear left hand side of the frame (which in retrospect I should have
handled 6 months ago, but it's just too bloody cold to work on it outside,
copout as it may seem), the thermostat and the door lights. Not really too
much work, but I just need the time, or pay someone else for the time.
Business has taken a turn as I now manage an entire company within our
group, so you see, it's not too much to do to take her up to scratch, but I
don't have that much time. That's where your Delorean restoration company
comes in. :) (Business Plug for you)

begins :) I still have those cans of spray paint you need for your second
Delorean. That puts £45 towards labour remember :) I've got a few other bits
on the car I'd love you to have a look at once you've got her to work on,
for instance the door lights and interior lights, and perhaps the locking
module too. Only if you can mind?
