I've just compared the two books,

They are basically the same, differently set and different page numbers, but
the same amount of chapters, same headings, same content, index slightly
different, they look different, different Dust Jackets, but essentially the
same book.

I think any serious D fan should have both.

I've never compared them side by side, but I believe they are they same
book. Grand Delusions was published/sold in the states and Maverick Mogul
was published/sold in the UK, I think. As an aside, Hillel Levin was a
founder of http://www.coolsavings.com - he may still be involved with them.
