HT Lead question answered

Hi,

One of the chaps on the other lists has explained the reason for the 
coil wire having the braid apparently it is to reduce 
electromagnetic interference however this is not actually required. 
I must admit the HT wires I got from the store look slightly beefier 
than the original ones so perhaps modern leads are somehow self 
shielded to EMR.
