Delorean Service items

Hi all,
I've got my Delorean booked in for a full service down at my local 
indepentant Jag specialist, I've just received my workshop manual I 
ordered from P.Grady and was wondering if there's any service items 
that are now used in replacement for older servicing parts, I could 
do with part item/number for

Spark Plugs / Air Filter /Oil filter/ fuel filter etc.

It's just abit more info I can pass on to my garage chap, before he 
starts.

Also I had a quick flick through, I was wondering if there was any 
other info on bleeding the coolant system once filled?

Finally can anyone think of any other item or items that should be 
checked or changed during the service.
