My chum is not in his office till Thursday, I've spoken to the Swansea,
they
do not cover the Portsmouth area, I'm afraid you will just keep on ringing
them, I would go and see them when you've got all your documents and they
may be able to do it over the counter. Typically it can take ages to get
through, just keep trying!
