Dan, How are you doing. I don't know if you remember, we (me, you and Tony L) were talking via Email about 6 Months ago about having a "South West" Get Together. But Alas, it never happened. Everyone was too busy I think. Anyway I saw this message on the DOC Mailing list a few days ago and have been thinking about it quite a bit since. I see you said that you want £4K for Maddie. Well I have been thinking about buying a project Car for a while now (Rather than a perfect already running Car) but other Money needs have put me off doing it. Well like I said, when I saw this message it got me thinking about it again. A Couple of questions. 1. How much is still left to do. I know you've done a lot already. 2. Is everything on the Car realistically repairable? 3. How much of what is remaining is Body Work -- I heard a rumour that Chris Nicholson was Leaving us for the old US of A. 4. When were you hoping to have sold it by (1 month, 6 months, or just whenever...) 5. can't think of anything else now but probably will 10 seconds after hitting the "Send" button. Anyway, with all said, I have to say that at this stage I am just THINKING about it. There are several factors which all have to fit into place before I can seriously think about going ahead with it. i.e. My (Parents) next door neighbour runs a small haulage business and has a large yard with some (hopefully) free space where I can keep the Car. If I do get to a point (before you've sold it) where I do think I can go ahead then I might think about taking a trip "Down South" to see you, if that's OK. Talk to you again soon. Thanks, Robin.
