I *am* almost there but Chris thinks I need the following:

New passenger side door skin
New front passender wing and rear quarter
Bonnet (yup a lined one)

+ I need tires, exhaust and some in-fill parts. I reckon a good £1500 worth. 
At the moment and for the foreseable future I'm not in a position to fund 
the project - I do, after all now have a mortgage to pay! Given that and 
that my company keep making people redundant leaves me worried (since it's 
already happened once this year) so the Delorean is having a rest. Either 
that or I win the lottery... hmmm.
I cannot sell it (I wouldn't) but I won't finish it and put myself at risk.
It's a blow to me too - and the reason I'm taking a year out.. well, how 
would you feel if every time you saw a Delorean it reminded you of the 
unfinished project back home? :o(

Ah... the humanity!

So - no Europe trip next year I'm afraid.... hell, I'll probably being 
saying this about 2003!
