Subject: [doc] Dreamer....but not any
more.
Hello All,

after years of dreaming, days of
internet brousing, and a long chat with Martin Gutkowski, I have more or less
convinced myself that I'm right in wanting a Delorean, badly. After a long
chat with Martin, it seems that I will also be looking at the American import
route. Have looked around the net, and can't find too many personal stories
about how people first got their hands on their car. Tend to be more details
above renovation ect. Does anyone have any information that they think would
be useful to a first time Delorean buyer. Giving a quick list of what I'dlove
my car to be, could anyone give a few pointers, as to the best direction to
take?
"Any model year(or should I be specific?) Non-painted,
grey interior, automatic, normal engine( or is it better to go for the uprated
turbo conversions? I've been looking at VIN 16,000 and beyond."

Does anyone know of any good condition cars along
these lines, currently for sale. I'm guessing I'll have between $15,000 and
$20,000 to spend. I adore the car, and really want to source a quality
example, but I don't want to be ripped off just because I'm based in England,
and can't visit the car in person. Obviously I would love a right hander, but
I haven't seen any for sale yet, anyone able to prove me wrong on that
one?

Any help you guys can give me would be great. Hope to see
some of you guys at the NEC show in November, I'm looking forward to seeing
Martins new car.Highest regards to you all,

Stephen.Strelczak.

Hello all,

As I was driving car number three in the
precession at Supercar Sunday, I would be most grateful if anybody at the
event who took photographs could send me some scanned images, as I havenot
seen the view from outside!.  If you have a particular shot of my
Delorean MMF430W "Debbie", I would be best pleased.
