Free Flow Exhaust

Hi All,

I am considering upgrading the exhaust on my car with a free flow
exhaust and removing the catalytic converter at the same time.

Has anyone else done just that , ie without the manifold upgrade
and mixture upgrade as per Simon's free flow paper on the UK 
website ??
