Classic Cars on Bournemouth Prom - Every Sunday

I would be grateful if you could forward this email to your club contact in
the Dorset/Hampshire area.

I am hoping that you can help us to publicise 'Classic Cars on Bournemouth
Prom'. This isa new venture that starts this coming Sunday, 12th August. It
will take place every Sunday evening from 6.00pm onwards and will run
hopefully until the end of October.  There is no charge and no pre-booking is
necessary. All pre-1983 cars are eligible to attend and it is hoped that we
will attract a variety of cars from vintage to modern classic.  Entry for
cars taking part will be via the Boscombe Pier end of the prom. I can email
you an A4 leaflet in MS 'Word' format advertising this weekly event if you
would like a copy.

Chris Adamson, the Motoring Editor of the Bournemouth Daily Echo is very
enthusiastic about the idea and has written a small feature in this week's
Wheels supplement which comes out on friday, 10th August.  All being well a
larger promotional feature will appear in the following week's edition of
Wheels.

Your help in 'spreading the word' about Classic Cars on Bournemouth Prom
would be very much appreciated.
