If he is selling it for someone else, and I assume you mean on their behalf,
why does this rule the car out?

Dealers are often working off values in their little books and I think the
DeLorean's trade value is quite low compared to other sources.  For the
money being asked and if this car is a good to excellent condition then go
for it.

If the chassis is good, it runs well and the interior is in good shape offer
to pay his seller £10k in cash and you can then kindly take if off their
hands for them...

the add reads that he will give low APR or evan part exchange with
another car for some reason any way been up there today working at i
could not see it at the show room & one sales guy says hes selling
it for somone else so my hunt goes on but i thought it was to good
to be true
