[doc] It seemed like a good idea at the time

I have just checked next weeks TV guide and "It seemed like a good idea at
the time" is on BBC1 11:05pm-11:35pm.  The episode on the 8th it is all
about the Hoover free flights disaster....

I wonder how we will fit into the series, if they were dedicating a whole
future programme to the British Government/DeLorean fiasco wouldn't we have
heard more questions about the cars etc being raised about the car and the
man.
