[doc] leather re-trim update

Hi all, 

I have had a lot of e-mails asking how my interior re-trim is going 
so I have put a small website together with the progress so far.

I am hoping that it will all be finished by Christmas and ready for 
the new year, this has been the 1st year that I have had the car and 
not taken her to any car shows :-(
