[doc] Delorean tax disc holder

Further to earlier postings and various messages about tax disc holders,
there is a compnay that make very attractive DeLorean (and any other make)
tax disc holders in an steel alloy - you can even add your number plate if
you feel so minded.  The cost is approximately £15.  I'm sure they do
discounts for bulk!
