I was listening to Radio 2 and the DJ standing in for Steve Wright who is on
holiday this week and was interviewing the new band McFly. Apparently their
debut single came in at number one breaking the current record holder... The
Beatles.
Anyway it was around 3.30pm and they all began to discuss the origins of the
band name. It really was chosen from Marty McFly, although they said he was
far cooler. Then they mentioned the DeLorean in the BTTF films and one of
the band members said that he saw a DeLorean recently on the open road with
a DeLorean Owners Club plaque on it ..... They briefly summised that the
car is out of production then carried on with the music....
Anyone think they were the DeLorean in question?
